Our Story

Founded in 2020 with the unwavering support of their respective families, Paolo and Charlaine identified a need for authentic Middle Eastern cuisine in Calapan City, and thus began their culinary journey.

STRONG FLAVORS, STRONG ROOTS

Their mouth-watering signature dish, Chicken Biryani, quickly became a crowd favorite and paved the way for the establishment's opening. Over time, the menu has expanded to include traditional Filipino favorites and other delectable dishes. Thanks to the loyal patronage of their customers, the establishment has experienced steady growth and continued refinement of their craft.
